Hercules is a character from Greek mythology, which is used in Marvel comics. In these comics he has a rivalry with Thor because they are both the best warriors in their respective mythologies. He had a brief romance with She-Hulk.

- Hercules appears in The Super Hero Squad Show animated series, voiced by Jess Harnell. In the episode "Support Your Local Sky-Father!", Loki manipulates Zeus and Odin into holding a contest between Hercules and Thor respectively. In "So Pretty When They Explode", Hercules and She-Hulk help the Super Hero Squad rescue Nova from Thanos.
- Hercules appears in the Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. animated series, voiced by Townsend Coleman. Introduced in the episode "The Tale of Hercules", this version has a history with the Hulk, sports an ego, and causes more problems than he can solve. Despite this, he joins forces with the agents of S.M.A.S.H. to defeat Pluto. In "Planet Monster" Pt. 2, Hercules joins the agents of S.M.A.S.H. and the Avengers, among other superheroes, to fight the Supreme Intelligence's forces.
- Hercules appears as an NPC in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, voiced by Sean Donnellan. He also serves as a boss in the Pro-Registration campaign. He is captured by the heroes at a HYDRA base in New Jersey and sent in a prison convoy alongside Cable before they are rescued by Captain America. Hercules later helps protect Stark Tower before escaping after it is invaded by the Fold.
- Hercules appears in Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet, voiced by Jess Harnell. Loki and the Enchantress set up a contest between Hercules and Thor, in which the former wins.
